Miley Cyrus has been accused of racism by the Organization of Chinese Americans after photographs of Miley and others “slanting their eyes” surfaced on the internet. OCA said that Miley and others in the photo were “mocking people of Asian descent.”

George Wu, the Executive Director of OCA, has urged the Hannah Montana star to apologize to the APA community and her fans and hopes Miley educates herself on why the gesture is offensive. Miley’s representative has yet to comment on the incident.
