http://unbiasedmoviereviews.com provides as the URL suggests unbiased movie reviews for many of the newer lesser known or limited release films. Their goal is to provide the reader enough information about the movie to help you decide whether you want to see it or not. Even if the movie is terrible they will try to present some positive aspects about it in the review.

Big VIP Update on Icanspeel

V.I.P. Has hundreds of movies that you can’t find in the regular site along with Full TV seasons and exclusive updates. We recently added a lot of new content with more on the way. Anyone with 50+ posts on the forum or anyone who has donated will have access to this.

V.I.P. FAQ

What’s exactly in V.I.P.?
There are hundreds of movies (300-400+) you cannot find in the regular sections from old to new movies. We collect lists and post them all there. We also post any special releases or extra things we do not wish to share with the masses. There are also lots of TV series.

How do I get access to V.I.P.?
Post 50 times or more total on the forum and then you automatically get access or Donate any amount from the donate link at the top of the forum to get access without having to post 50 times.

How long does it take to get V.I.P. access after donating?
In general you should get access within 24 hours, but usually sooner. We do it manually so as long as we are online to see it we make it happen. You will know once your name on the forum goes gray and you have the supporter ranking. If you have any questions PM Jasonb619 on the forum.

How much do I need to donate to get access to V.I.P.?
Any amount will give you access ($1.00 minimum). The money donated goes towards expenses on the site and helps us keep things running.

Will I ever lose V.I.P. access?
If you spam or get banned then you will lose it. Also there is a small chance we could increase post amount required for V.I.P., but if you donate you won’t lose it.

Can I see What is in V.I.P. first?
I won’t post everything that is in there since it is too much to list, but I did create a newest updates announcement for VIP which will show all new content posted as of 8/18/09.

The NEW Post Your Suggestions Topic

Haven’t done too many changes on the website lately due to time constraints, but would like to add some things to help improve the site. Post any suggestions you have towards improving the site and we will try to implement the most requested ones as soon as we can. Some example ideas would be Adding new movie category, adding more music, adding more TV-shows, adding something new, adding a new board topic, change the layout, or anything else you can think of. So feel free to post any ideas here:

Movie Recommendations: 7.5 or Higher Ratings on IMDB.com

We have had requests of movie recommendations so we decided to start a list of movies rated 7.5/10 or higher on www.imdb.com and add more to it over time.

Movies are rated 7.5 or higher at the time of this post. Most won’t change since they have been out awhile and have thousands of votes. We also mixed it up between newer and older movies, but left out more obvious classics.

Movie Definitions

Ever wonder what SCR or TS stand for, or any other acronym you might have seen?

Lillinds from the Icanspeel Forum compiled a list of movie terms along with their definitions. Below are a few examples:

DC (Director’s Cut):
A director’s cut is a specially edited version of a movie that is supposed to represent the director’s own approved edit of the movie. It is often released some time after the original release of the film, where the original release was released in a version different from the director’s approved edit.

LiMiTED:
A movie is LiMiTED when it has a limited theater run (in less than 300 UK theaters, or in less than 500 USA theaters). Mostly smaller films (such as art house films) are released as limited.

Movie Reviews

Not sure what movies to watch? Especially the lesser known movies? Most people don’t want to waste their time watching a really bad movie, so we recently started up http://cordialreviews.com which will have reviews for newer lesser known movies along with trailers for them. The reviews will be short and to the point and point out the good and bad.
